The Greenery Cafe in Ogunquit

Amazing breakfast spot with tons of options whether you want sweet or savory. We both opted for savory, I got the crab cakes eggs Benedict which was amazing and my bf got the crab scramble (forget the name) which he also loved. The crab in both was super fresh and tasty! We also got a blueberry muffin to go, it was huge and light as far as muffins go, not too cakey and tasted great!

Awesome experience!! The staff are so friendly and nice. Service is fast and the food is delicious. It's a really cozy and spacious spot. Loved it!!!!

I LOVED this place, it was my first stop at Ogunquit. The breakfast was really good with fresh ingredients. The staff here are super nice and polite. The place itself was very clean and on point, i will definitely be coming back here. I'd like to order lunch next time. 👍❤

Wonderful breakfast menu. Try the granola parfait - yummy. Pancakes too! I think I gained 10# just oogling the muffins & breakfast breads. Very quaint restaurant off the beaten path. Go early - fills up fast.

Exceptionally great food. Great atmosphere. The staff is amazing there also. Food portions are enough for 2 people. A definite must for breakfast.

This place has awesome food, and the best cinnamon toast around! Fast service, and very friendly staff. I've been there several times and never been disappointed. They are very consistent.

Love, love, LOVE the food. Servers are friendly and fast! Ambiance is cottage chic with beautiful maritime paintings in an array of bright happy colours. The FOOD, out of this world.

Clean and cute. Pastry counter is huge. We got seated right away on a busy late morning. Wait staff was excellent and asked the kitchen about allergies. Hummus wrap with all the veggies hit the spot. Only downside is the AC could've been cooler but it was early August and hot!

Everything was fresh and tasted quite good. Service was great and the layout and decor of the establishment had a great ambiance to it that was perfect for an early morning breakfast.Price point is fair and ever so slightly leaning on the pricier side for what you get but for a small town that attracts a lot of tourists that doesn't come as a surprise.The haddock chowder is rather disappointing but everything else we had was pretty great flavour-wise.Would come back for sure!

This place was excellent. Our server was warm and friendly. We ordered lattes that were very good. We also ordered the veggie scramble, cheese scramble, and made-to-order omelette...the presentation was appealing and everything was delicious. We will definitely come again.

This golden gem doesn't look like much from the outside, but you won't regret it! We went for breakfast and the food was to die for. Definitely the best breakfast around. Local fresh food. The eggs Benny are a must, but it all looked soo good! Will be returning without a doubt. The staff was friendly and quick. They also have baked goods... so yummy!!

Very comfortable beachy atmosphere. Little pricey but you get what you pay for. Top shelf ingredients. The breads and muffins are to die for.Sure to please everyone's palette.

The crab benedict is amazing and the service too.They can cook you some vegetable insted of bread and potato if you ask so it's Keto friendly😊

Very good breakfast spot. The food was excellent and a nice shady table outside was just what I wanted. Hash omelette was a nice surprise and the breakfast burrito looked really good. Service was a little janky but some of that can be attributed to the long walk that the servers must do with the Covid-influenced seating. Would definitely go again.

Great place! Food is excellent and the menu is one of the best I've seen for breakfast fare. Service is great... Its Sunday and they are serving us in pajamas! Fantastic.

What a great find!! We stopped in one day for a latte and had to come the following morning for breakfast. There is something for everyone here. If you like crab rangoon do yourself a favor and try the crab saratoga. Great service, delicious food. A must if you are in the Ogunquit area!!

Amazing food and fresh flavor

They open at 5am every day and their ingredients are delivered fresh every morning. Everything on their menu is available all day. So it has probably one of the freshest lobster rolls you can get in Ogunquit.

A man we met walking the marginal way with his dog, Makenzie, recommended this place. The food and the service was excellent! Well worth the wait.

High quality food in a place that is open year round. Always a safe bet if you are looking for an upscale breakfast or a fresh lunch. They also have a small bakery area that sells a few pastries like muffins. Bonus is that this place also has liquor and tasty brunch drinks. I highly recommend their bloody Mary to go along with your entree. Service is always helpful and extremely friendly. Look forward to going back.

We decided to have a quick brunch before we leave Ogunquit. Said and done. The Greenery Cafe is a 5star spot for lunch and breakfast. The photos wont make it justice. The Original Benedicts were delicious, the perfect consistency , not too runny, nor too hard. The hash beef - to die for!!! The pancakes .... no words- just amazing! Fresh juices, good quality coffee also. We did not stay outside and we waited a bit for the food to come out, but it was worth the wait. Amy, our waitress, was very sweet and kind. Even the (cloth) napkins had such a nice and clean smell!

We've now been here three times this season and love all the entrees we've tried. The selection of healthy, tasty and unique combinations are creative and don't disappoint. You've got to try it for breakfast or lunch. There baked goods are too tempting to pass up. They were delicious!

Generous portion sizes and reasonable prices. Best gobbler sandwich I've ever had! My husband loved the French dip sandwich and said the meat was very tender. You can tell the food is all homemade. The staff all have smiles on their faces and are quick. Highly recommend this place!

The muffins as you walk in are so beautiful. The breakfast menu has all fresh ingredients. I had an avocado and bacon sandwich. My daughter had pancakes. Everything was delicious. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to myself and my 6 yr old.

Recommend by our hotel receptionist and I am glad we went here for lunch. Food was good. Vegetarian options and nice service.Next day we went for breakfast and I have changed my review to 2 stars. I drink hot tea and they gave me a Lipton teabag while many other patrons were offered a selection of teas. I would have loved an earl gray or English breakfast. The waitress did not care.

Pretentious. Overpriced. Lack of ambiance. Clinical. Cramped. The atmosphere was unwelcoming. Our waitress was polite. Too many other options available. A straw will cost you extra.

If you're in Maine this is the place you have to go

Good meals, filling portions and well cooked. We had a group of 6 and had to wait over an hour and even then, they sat us at two tables "close to" one another but still in different rooms. Kind of ruined the experience.

Take out only. Very well packaged and friendly, quick service. Loved the caprese omelette!

The whole staff I enjoyed talking to. The staff was excellent. The food is homemade and a good quality. They have very nice choices and fresh ingredients. The pancakes are light and fluffy. The coffee is Carpe Diem. We ate there four times over five days. I would highly recommend.

Food, ambiance, and service were good. Prices were a bit high, and the bathroom was not very clean and could use some renovation.

A bit pricey, but excellent breakfasts in a cozy atmosphere. Don't expect food quickly, but it will be worth the wait. Corned beef hash and cheese omelet and blueberry French toast were excellent! Will certainly go again.

The only reason this place received 3 stars is because of the price. My sandwich was amazing but 15 bucks for a plain breakfast sandwich is very steep.
